KAF series helical bevel gearbox shell is made of HT250 high-strength cast iron, and the inner cavity is shot, effectively reducing parts wear and rapid heat dissipation and increasing the bearing capacity of the thickened box.

Gear made of low carbon alloy steel, imported grinding machine processing, high hardness, stable performance, after vacuum carburizing treatment, carburizing evenly.

The gear shaft is made of high-strength bearing steel, which has been refined by quenching, with strong bearing capacity and smooth transmission.

The output shaft has been precision machined many times and through strict dynamic and static balance tests to ensure that the reducer runs smoothly, with low noise.
